      Pros

      Pension plan, seperate paid vacation and sick time plus paid personal days. Annual Christmas bonus

      Cons

      Raises are lackluster, and the work can sometimes be stressfull and overwhelming.

      Pros

      People are nice. Most people will give you their time to help when you are stuck.

      Cons

      WFH program went away and the culture tanked. Pay is not competitive.

      Great company with systems to listen to employees

      Pros

      Good people, decent pay, good balance. Upper management are real people just trying to keep company successful.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say about this company. Insurance can be inherently stressful but that is the industry not the employer.
