      Pros

      Great coworkers. Depending on manager, flexible hours are great.

      Cons

      Pay is grossly under market. Even when profit sharing and Christmas bonus are received it is still less than competitors pay. The benefits are lacking as well. Health insurance is expensive and the maximum out of pocket is high.

      Great benefits. Friendly people. Good leadership all the way to the top. Larger company that doesn’t feel like it.

      Can’t really think of any.

      It's hard to get fired if you're bad at your job, I generally like the majority of my coworkers

      Cons

      Salary is low, upper management is incompetent and/or evil, IT higher ups don't want introverts or people with families working there
