      Cons

      Company is micro-managed, leaders are quick to tell you how it should be done in the field, but haven't been in the field themselves in decades (or if ever) to understand. They pay is not consistent with having to be gone 21 days at a time over 110 days a year 7 days a week 12-16 hours per day

      Pros

      Solid benefits including pension after 5 years, nice and knowledgable colleagues. Thorough training, no quotas, but same day first contact expected. They’re very proud they’ve never done layoffs before.

      Cons

      The workload will overwhelm you. Totally underpaid. Of some larger insurance carriers, they are at the bottom of the spectrum regarding pay. They are extremely slow to change and technologically about 10-15 years behind everyone. Request for pay raises take at least two months.
