      alternate schedule, Christmas bonus and referral of future employees.

      Cons

      if you are liked by upper management you will move up quickly in the company. If you voice your opinion and it is not well received then you will not go anywhere. They are way behind the times when it comes to salary and changing with the business times

      The job security is great. The company's been open for almost 100 years and never had a single layoff, even during the Great Depression. The vast majority of employees are friendly and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      It can be very difficult to get a promotion. Certain standards can be very rigid. Company culture is very "old-school".
