      Good location. The company devotes a lot of time and resources to train new employees.

      Pros

      The staff and management at Auto-Owners is great and they truly care about their employees. There is a decent amount of room for growth and the benefits were pretty good in comparison to other companies.

      Cons

      The raises are annual and are quite minimal.

      Pros

      Auto-Owners creates an environment where they are patient with you and will hope you grow. This gives you the opportunity to hone and create skills that are vital in the workplace.

      Cons

      The workload is heavy and they are behind on the times. They are slow to adapt to the direction the rest of the industry is going. Low pay according to industry standards.
