Work load and expectations of minimal staff

Like I said in pros, the bonuses make you feel good but then you realize they practically catch you up to “competitive pay,” and the profit sharing bonus is not guaranteed. While the leadership team is well suited to keep the company safe sound and secure, it is truly at the expense of the employees. Employee feedback is taken in one ear and out the other. Middle management gets stuck giving their teams answers to our questions on change that seem like they came from a HR FAQ sheet. Company started build for new building in Lansing before COVID and now is bringing us back to justify the expense even though the company performed well the last two years from home. Perform well and you are “rewarded” (if lucky) with “meets expectations” and a 3% raise. Now with having to go back into the office this raise will hardly cover commuting expenses for the year. And let’s not forget about inflation and no cost of living increase in who knows how long.
