      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement, fairly treated, employees are rewarded based on performance. Stability and size of company allows for you to learn new things.

      Cons

      Like other large companies there can be some processes that are slow to change.

      Underpaid

      Pros

      Safe place for complacent employees - nobody gets fired or laid off.

      Cons

      Compensation - pay is EXTREMELY below market. I got a $50k pay bump to do the same job for a competitor. Even the pension is only a marketing tool that primarily benefits long tenured, high salary employees (i.e. executives). Getting into management and moving up in management are mostly a popularity contest. Severe lack of any sort of diversity/inclusion. If you're not a straight white Christian, you will often feel unwelcome.
