      Good First or Last Job

      Pros

      Stable, not stressful, good bonuses (if the company is doing well), good benefits (although pension gets worse every year).

      Cons

      Low base pay, last few years the profit sharing bonus wasn't approved, and lack of surrounding talent so it's hard to improve through your peers (there are a few good ones), lots of politics.

      People are great to work with.

      Cons

      They are more concerned with new people coming in than taking care of those with longevity and loyalty.

      Good to start at

      Pros

      They take care of their employees and that can be seen due to their long term benefits for things like a pension

      Cons

      If working in branches can only do so much and move up so far. Many of the jobs to grow would mean you have to be at home office.
