      Good benefits and plenty of room to grow. They value promoting from within. The work to life balance is great. Work from home is an option.

      Cons

      You can probably get a higher salary somewhere else.

      Pros

      Stable job with decent benefits. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      The culture breeds complacency because once you put your time in you will never get fired. No incentives to work harder than the person next to you because everyone gets a standard fixed raise unless you can pack up your family and move multiple times.
