I am lucky enough to be on the work from home 2 day a month policy but it is only offered to a select few. It's extremely unfair and if you are looking for a progressive company this is not it.

Exclusively select associates fresh out of college with no business or management experience for management positions, then indoctrinate them in the Auto-Owners Way. The result is a management team that focuses on overseeing and punishing rather than fostering ownership, encouraging initiative or implementing modern methodologies. Associates have little opportunity for professional development.
