Tips are solid, money in your pocket after every shift Good workout

Cons

Management is godawful. Get mad at you over the stupidest things and fail to address what multiple employees bring up as key issues. Failure to give proper (and legal) amount of breaks per shift Still pay reduced wage for non-tip aspects of job such as landscaping and vacuuming (which is illegal) Weather can sometimes make the job more difficult
