Pros
They really just want you to come in and do your job. The job is good and the staff are wonderful. There is not that much above the job description expected. The benefits are pretty good too. Not too much room for drama.
Cons
Even if you're only doing bare minimum, you are not being compensated properly. If you do opt for their benefits package , you will be pretty much working to pay for your insurance. They do not pay a quality living wage, and that is before benefits are deducted. If you are serious about needing proper income to survive, don't consider this job because you will not be able to support yourself, let alone a family.
