Pros
1. Chairs are terrible but color-coordinated 2. The health insurance is average 3. No overtime 4. Some of the employees are very nice
Cons
1. Too much bureaucracy 2. Unfair and arbitrary office rules 3. No opportunity for career growth and development 4. Mediocre compensation package despite all the hype by management 5. Not much recognition of performance 6. Personalities are valued but not skills 7. Disconnect between managers and employees 8. Lack of any employee appreciation 9. Open door policy is advertised by the management but never practiced
