- Comparable perks to the rest of the tech industry - Minimum micro management
Cons
- Incredible lack of communication between teams and management - Workflows are constantly bogged down with reoccurring issues that never get resolved or are ignored entirely - HR is virtually nonexistent and issues that are raised will not be addressed - Ridiculously unsafe business practices regarding autonomous vehicles. Operation drivers are encouraged to minimize their disengagement despite dangerous behavior from the vehicle with the implication of negative performance - Bonuses and raises are non-existent even after several years. 6 paid holidays a year. 3% 401k only at the end of yearly cycle
