Fast paced environment. You are constantly learning. The schedules are very flexible. Opportunity to advance is excellent. It has great benefits and opportunity for overtime.

Cons

Honestly there are cons in every workplace. It's all about the dedication and work you out into it. You will go as high as you want. Just out in the hard work.

Work schedule is pretty decent and the best benefit is the employee discount card. The pay is about what you would expect but could be more for management positions compared to other more serious retail operations.

Cons

Most district and regional managers are only hired based on a piece of paper and have zero mechanical or real world knowledge.
