Pros

Only a decent job if you work on the commercial side were you deliver parts to local mechanic shops just so you can leave the store.

Cons

Usually pays as little as possible with the bare minimum workers on site so you will have a ton of work. If you are a red shirt you have a lot of job duties all at the same time, including unloading trucks, stocking, cashiering, answering phones, putting up labels and signs, greeting customers, encouraging sales, front facing merchandise changing light bulbs, batteries, wiper blades; and cleaning including bathrooms and mopping.
