      Pros

      Management opportunities (must prove yourself and ask for it.) Provide training on parts and accessories. Discount is pretty good. During holiday season employee discount is even better.

      Cons

      Have to push certain products that change about every week. (This is con because a lot of times they just rotate the brand, this confuses customers.) Around hazardous chemicals and products everyday (exposure compared to an auto tech/mechanic is nothing.)
