Pros

1. Opportunity to talk to a large variety of customers 2. Learn important vehicle things. 3. Provides paid technical school support if you work at autozone for at least 2 years. 4. Small monetary raises every year 5. Typically can work many extra hours.

Cons

1. HR is atrociously bad and is usually little to no help. 2. Handheld computer system is flawed in many ways, usually making the job that it is suppose to help, more difficult. 3. Very high turnover rate in some store areas, leading to constantly having low staff and severely overworked employees. 4. The vehicle trackers are extremely sensitive and you will get dinged constantly.
