      Not the worst job out there.

      Pros

      Flexibility, health benefits and a 401k, career growth.

      Cons

      They do not pay a livable wage, but argue that they do. The commercial managers and store managers have too many responsibilities and tasks to complete in the limited time frame they give to complete them.
