Getting cussed out by shops because youre understaffed and cannot deliver parts, being undertrained in the role (3weeks of training, fresh to the company) and expected to meet sales and other metrics regardless of situations.

Overload of work. Long hours. Upper management maintains favoritism amongst staff members. No official training. They overhire and expect turn overs of employees, so no real job security. HR ignores complaints of dangerous and aggressive workplaces. Lots of shoplifting occurs as well which can make you worried for your safety.
