Pros

10 hours shifts 4days a week plus you can clock out at your scheduled time regardless of how much the work load is everyday. No mandatory overtime but you can work overtime if you want to. The benefits are great.

Cons

Pay rate is low and some of the employees don't like doing the heavy work loads and that only make it harder for the people that's actually productive daily.
