Pros

Flexible scheduling, fairly good on-boarding and on-the-job training. I didn't know much about auto parts when I started but learned quickly.

Cons

Comparatively low hourly wage and promotions are rare or dragged out (my reason for leaving). The store manager and I had discussed the need for another shift manager in my department, but it wasn't taken seriously by higher-ups for over months. After 6 months I decided to move on.
