Pros

Good entry level job if you are into cars and stuff like that. They pay you $0.25/hr extra if you speak two languages. That is a plus. Worked there for around 6 months, my coworkers were nice.

Cons

This is a job where you have to be standing up the whole time. Some of the stuff you will end up doing, they wont properly train you on. Although, if you have good co workers they should be able to help you and you will be fine. Not sure if there was opportunity for growth.

Pros

The pros are I like the people that I work with that's about it. I have a full-time job and AZ is a part-time job. but I did work full-time for two years.

Cons

Rarely get raises and when you do it's just 10-15 cent increase. They expect you go the "extra mile" every time to make them look good. Which is great, I do it anyways but I have reached the point were I ask myself "Why keep going the extra mile for a company that doesn't give me a raise or even acknowledges how well I take care of the customer?".

Harassment. The store managers will hire you because you have a skill they need then when you sell more parts then them you get harassed and threatened with your job because you are out shinning them.
