It's mainly an easy job. Check out customers, find parts, stock shelves.

50% of customer base should never touch a car, ever! We get berated/yelled at for selling the CORRECT part. Been passed up on a management position while 2 managers been hired since store manager has spoken to myself and 3 others about training for the position. Training is taking a crappy computer course. There is very little training when it comes ANYTHING autozone company related. I don't know HR's number, I have SEVERAL complaints. Was expected to wear a uniform and pay out of pocket for said clothing, and wasn't reimbursed. Hard workers are passed up for any promotion/opportunities. Last of all, the pay. The pay is TERRIBLE! 11.50/hr for non-managememt, 14ish for management, depending on which position. Doesn't seem like there is any communication from upper management to store employees. Doesn't seem like your an actual employee until you're management.
