Work is good and easy once you have knowledge on cars.

Cons

People would sometimes rely on you for fixing their car or finding out what is wrong with their car like you're a mechanic. Higher Reps also make decisions that needs to be tested out first before using them because they don't make sense like the auto-assign for commercial drivers.
