Pros

Flexibility of days off at last moment emergency. If you are the type of person that wants to do the littlest of there job duties and just want s check. This is your job. If your a dedicated mature man knowing you might have to start at the bottom and prove your worth and knowledge of the auto service and repair field like myself then you could start driving delivery parts at 10.00 a hour but get promoted to commercial specialist in 9 months, 3 dollar raise. Here I am 5 1/2 years and making more a hour but sales dropping because of high costs and supply. Hours are cut and pay increases have kinda hit a wall. I see myself looking 👀.

Cons

Bad pay. Bad management. Bad old computers, windows 1 I think.
