      Pros

      You will have a job. If your one of the few people working full time hours that is considered a full time employee you get crappy insurance. I wish there was more but there is not.

      Cons

      Very low pay, crazy schedule(close one day and open the next with split days off), severely understaffed and cooperate will not allow new hires, never get requested days off, if you complain then your fired.

      Pros

      Strong financial performance. Layoffs are very rare, nearly unheard of.

      Cons

      AutoZone has many managers, but very few genuine leaders. If you're lucky enough to be paired with one of their leaders as a supervisor, you'll be fine. If you're paired with a mere manager, expect that you will be considered cattle, less important than the next conference call.
