Confused and unethical

Pros

A lot of structure... a lot.

Cons

Confused. They want you to wear dress pants and polishable shoes to talk to mechanics and install batteries in the parking lot. Learn that light bulbs do not belong at the front door for so many reasons. Corporate NEVER answered their phone. Voicemail and emails could take days or weeks to receive a response, if at all. Corporate was very condescending to the stores. The stores were expected to accommodate warehouse issues, such as routinely building pallets taller than the overhead door at the store (dangerous!) and routinely expected to sell air filters and head gaskets put underneath exhaust pipes and brake rotors, but never had to accommodate the stores. The store manager also expected team members to give away add-ons just to meet their numbers but undermining the whole point of the program. The final straw was the store manager would white out his schedule so he could come and go as he wanted but corporate thought he was working the expected schedule. With so many failures, I'm surprised they continue to stay open.
