Pros

- Flexible schedules - Small, but noteworthy benefits for even part timers - Said benefits become exponentially with position and top out at just above average - Very easy schedule management via mobile app - Good store to store structure - Quality store-level management (in my experience) - Decent summer job and even salaried career if you can tolerate corporate overreach

Cons

- Overbearing corporate management - Outdated workplace culture - High store density leads to AutoZone competing with itself - Hours are drastically cut during "off-season" as determined by corporate - Inability to retain long-term employees - No commission for sales, weak hourly wages
