Pros
Salary and benefits are okay. Stock options aren't what they used to be, after the stock went down by about 30% ytd.
Cons
Very high workload An almost totalitarian company culture. Don't ask questions, execute! Buddy network of the current CIO. Either you are a member of the club, or your are offsite. No clear IT Strategy. AZ simply doesn't understand that nowadays a state-of-the art IT is a necessary condition to stay ahead of the competitors. They want it all for free and are reaping what they pay for.
