Bonuses and hours are good, but nepotism runs rampant

Get to work as many hours as you can. Bonuses are decent and health insurance is good.

Cons

Complete nepotism, favoritism, and inappropriate relationships with employees from upper management who are all in each others pockets so you have no one to report to and if you do, you get retaliated against viciously.
