      The benefits and understanding that you're more than just another worker is a big reason to work here. It's a great company that does great to its employees.

      The company has some really great benefits and I love the work culture

      Cons

      They don’t have people of color in higher positions. I wouldn’t say this is a con because I can see that they’re working on it !
