Pros

- Love the company, the leadership, the communication, the culture, the compensation and the people I work with, - We even got extra days off for mental health during the year and an extra week off in December!

Cons

Needs to empower decision making better. Autodesk is a behemoth and difficult to pivot in a fast changing world.
