Autodesk is made of top-quality professionals. The human environment & work conditions are superb and I've enjoyed my time immensely. Career advancement is highly encouraged and training opportunities abound.

Cons

Latency - the shear size of the organization means that there often a delta between the making of a decision and it's application. Constant and (at least) yearly reorganizations means that everyone stays on alert, irrelevantly of their performance level. In the long run, morale suffers. High level politics are omnipresent.
