      Great company to work with. Excellent work life balance. Takes a global outlook when business requires it.

      Pros

      Flexible work timings, work from home, compensation is good, time off policy is the best if one is ready to work hard.

      Cons

      Growth prospects are limited if in a global role but not based in one of the main offices like San Francisco or Singapore. HR policies are'nt well defined for global roles and options to move office are not available. Hikes in India wont even cover inflation.
