Autodesk really is an amazing company to work for. Very established, extremely humble. Where you feel valued as an employee and find fulfilment within your career. It is fantastic to finally be part of a company, that wants to make a positive impact on the world and help change it for the better. Management really cares about their employees. Great culture. Amazing Benefits, as well as €800 each year towards health and fitness + €150 vision. Last year the company gave an additional 10 days paid time off due to covid, on top of the 25 days holidays...Interview process was straight forward. 30 min screening, 1 hour interview which felt more like a friendly conversation with two hiring managers, followed by a 30 min written test. Best Company I have worked for!
