      Pros

      Autodesk offers its employees a lot of opportunities to learn both hard skills and soft skills. So good company to grow and develop a successful career.

      Cons

      It's a complex company, it requires proactivity from employees to find the information and connections needed for the job. This is not always a bad thing but can be a bit overwhelming sometimes

      Forward looking (not stuck in old ways of thinking/working), amazing people who are friendly, kind and helpful

      Cons

      Organisation is slightly inefficient and slightly wasteful with resources (althought same could be said with most companies)
