Autodesk is one of the world leading software company and ranking as great place to work frequently. The company offers a lot of options to the employees for their learning and development. Also, as natural result of wide range of solutions employees can experience different approaches, projects and cultures. Autodesk management is caring their employees and offering several benefits and paid holidays even in unpredictable times like wise Covid.
Cons
Growing opportunities like promotion and re-location options are limited. In fact it is not theorically limited and company culture encourage the employees to apply but I didn't experience much. I think one of the reason could be most of employees think to grow in the company as a result of nice cultural workplace.
