Great benefits but hard to accomplish your job

Pros

Nice base salary, great benefits such as an annual wellness account reimbursement, and six weeks sabbatical every four years. Awesome technology. Great ESPP program.

Cons

Super low variable earnings compared to other companies selling SaaS, the layers needed to get anything done is absolutely crazy. So much so that I no longer feel that I'm benefiting my customers. The internal frustration this causes doesn't outweigh the benefits of working here.

It is a fast-pacing business with frequent organizational and product adjustments. It might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Cons

Salary, recognition, and promotion/growth process fall behind industry peers. Operational challenges make work harder than it needs to be and impacts customer experience.
