      Pros

      Smart and lovely people, very outgoing and welcoming to everyone who enters the office. Generous budgets, goes for both marketing and sales activities as for social staff gatherings. Very cosy and friendly office environment.

      Cons

      I would say that work/life balance suffers a bit at Autodesk. A lot of people worked late nights and weekends either just to keep up with all tasks and meetings or to climb the carreer ladder.

      Pros

      reasonable compensation. Good ESPP program where they have two year minimum price lock down so if you are there long enough and the stock was super down in the past two years and now 3-4 times more then you will make good money out of ESPP (employee stock purchase program)

      Cons

      Location - San Rafael is soooooo far from everything. Flexibility - no flexibility, manager doesn't want you to work remotely. People - no vision, not adapting to new ideas. Unstable tools - every month/3 months they try new tools and wants to adapt to these tools. Finance is more involved in testing tools than working on numbers
