Pros

Overall pleasant work environment. It's cool to be part of where AutoCAD and lots of other 3D design software come from. Good work-life balance. Some of the managers were the best I've ever met.

Cons

Limited opportunities for professional growth. Frequent re-orgs. The team where I belonged had East Asians who had a more stifling work ethic (very hierarchy-centric) which meant difficulty in collaboration. Waste of skills and talents of some people who are limited to working the same repetitive tasks everyday.

Pros

Fantastic products, stable company, inspring vision, good compensation, work/life balance is encouraged (definitely moreso in some teams than in others).

Cons

There is little direction or guidance from senior leadership. Incredibly political. People are not recognized enough for their good work, so some really talented people just give up or do a half-baked job. The culture varies drastically from one division of the company to the next, but all are very political. If you are interested in working here, I strongly recommend asking your interviewee questions that will help you assess the culture/dynamics of their team.
