lots of people who are really talented and hard working

Cons

Management has constantly re-organized the company every year for the last 5 years. Result is chaos. No body knows what they're doing. Everytime people start working productively again, they pull the rug out again and everyone starts all over. It's amazing they haven't killed our business yet. Too much investment in future, unproven technology and business models while core businesses go begging for basic investment. This leaves major issues with customer satisfaction.

1. Good salary in China (but can't compete with Microsoft in China) 2. Mid work load 3. Good working environment 4. Dominent position in architecture and construction market.

Cons

1. Re-org, re-org, re-org. The division structure changes frequently. Many talented people left. The company is not productive any more. 2. Managers don't know how to use their own software. 3. No promotion.
