      Pros

      Autodesk is the best place to start your career as an intern. It s a very good learning experience. All the people in the office are very modest and encouraging. They provide every intern with great support, guidance and motivation. The most important objective in this company is learning. And then applying the knowledge. Its the perfect way to start a new career into the IT industry. I don’t think it could get any better than this..!

      None. I dont think there can be any cons of working at Autodesk. The only thing that made me unhappy was the end of my internship term. :(

      Pros

      Work life balance second to none. Great flexibility (telecommuting, flex hours, hotelling). Mid and top-level management in most business divisions is dated (but open to ideas) )which means if you have fresh ideas and newer skills, there are ample opportunities to prove yourself and move up.

      Cons

      Not enough young blood and fresh ideas. Need to find the right teams else work will go unnoticed.
