      Totally internalized perspective due to market share; very little customer focus or centricity Not exciting from a sales & marketing stand-point; management prefers slow & steady versus any disruptive opportunities Behaves like a giant ship, not agile Constant re-structuring; confused senior management with no idea of customer & employee issues ; happy in their silos drawing in the big bucks
