      No career growth People seem to worry more about getting consensus than driving results Too many meetings and CYA Poor performers don't get managed out

      -great work life balance -marketing powerhouse -great partner recognition programs -great benefits outside of primary compensation

      Cons

      -very political organization, cliques; forced ranking system -do not recognize high performing people if you are not in the "clique" -shallow leadership with fixed 360 performance reviews -will not fire senior sales leadership that does not have the ability to effectively lead an organization; as such their revenues are stagnant -no programs for career advancement -poor sales compensation plans
