      Great benefits, no career path

      Pros

      Not a very rigorous place to work, 9-5 is encouraged. You can't ask for better benefits. You can be proud of the name of the company.

      Cons

      It takes forever to get anything done. Too many people need to approve the smallest details, people think it's the end of the world if something isn't exactly as they'd like. Zero career growth despite continuously perfect performance reviews.

      Pros

      People are great however since the company goes through a ton of reorganizations it can get frustrating having your manager change so often. Good benefits Time away from work is easy to schedule

      Cons

      Management can sometimes hide information The org chart is ridiculous, I've never worked for a company I feel like I'm a peon just because of the org chart.
