      Working for a leader in the industry very diverse range of jobs focus on career development ability to work almost anywhere

      Big corporate machine Can sometimes feel a disconnect with executive staff hard to change the way things work Change happens slowly

      Benefits Flexible work hours interesting people

      Cons

      Culture shift from respecting employees, which in turn made them work harder, to ignoring employees input. Long time employees often manged out Employee Engagement no longer a priority (even though they say it is)
