      Pros

      Interesting product portfolio. Good pay. Good benefits. Work/Life balance is very good. Smart/Hard-working employees. Company cares about employee engagement

      Cons

      Becoming more poitical and beurocratic as company grows. Communication challenging with many sites and product groups Re-organizations occur often Focus on quantity of deliverables as opposed to quality of deliverables.

      Pros

      overall, easiest to have experiences and step to get in to another jobs. but you have to deal with things inside of work

      Cons

      minimum wage is to low and can not compare with another place. if you need money and you need real jobs, its not the one
