Horrible vacation policy-never increase beyond 2 weeks. You do get a 6 week paid sabbatical every 4 years but it does not make up for only having 2 weeks all the other years. Last two years they have done a company shutdown the week of 4th of July and required everyone to take their vacation then. Really tough when you only get two weeks vacation and do not even get to choose one them yourself. Lousy work-life balance. Disparity in workload in same roles.
