      Best Manager - Very Motivational and Helpful World Class Salary - I was paid the highest salary autodesk can offer Immense Learning Curve - If you have the crave to learn new stuffs and work in an environment or product containing millions of LOC then autodesk is the place to work

      Very Competitive - Most of the colleagues are very experienced and smart people so we have to work hard to compete with others Sometimes need to work long hours to get things completed, because all the products are very complex architectural design

      Pros

      Autodesk has amazing products! Software that let's designers, architects, engineers, etc. do awesome things. Many people have never heard of the company but know their products like AutoCAD. The culture of the company is one that values their employees. They do barbecues at some of their offices. People can take their dogs to work. They are big on employee development and give lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth. They encourage community involvement! The pay and benefits were great!

      Cons

      They grew very quickly while I was there and hired lots of people in my division. When the recession hit, they needed to quickly cut back on employees and laid off 750 in the first round of layoffs and about 400 more a few months later.
